I found this great video today about a builder that is doing a lot to build his house as environmentally friendly as possible. It is a fascinating video about some of the ways that we can reduce building costs and improve quality of life at the same time.

The interesting thing that I noticed is that they don't build the house until they have taken a few things into consideration. 1st, they put several windows on the side of the building that faces the sun most of the time. incorporating a very simple form of solar heating.
These kinds of companies are what will really make a difference in the years to come.
